Refund policy

Refunds: Upon Purchase, all sales are final once tag creation has begun on embroidery machine which could be a range of two hours to two week after order is placed. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at BroTagz@gmail.com to request refund. At that time, we will either inform you that your order is already being processed or a refund will be issued.
